Lauren Heller, Office Manager

Lauren Heller supports our Clergy, staff and membership — performing a wide range of duties, including financial tasks and event management. Lauren has more than 40 years' experience in publishing (production/layout) of magazines, books, newspapers, apps and digital editions. Combined with her formal education in Technical Theater (Lighting Design and Stage Management), Lauren is a get-things-done person with a helping-hand and positive attitude. Currently living in Sea Cliff, she is committed to 'Think Globally, Act Locally' and Tikun Olam. Lauren loves music, theater, movies, puzzles, games and getting recharged in Nature with her partner, Peggy.

Krystyna Bialecki, Executive Assistant krys@ctionline.org 

Krystina Bialecki is Congregation Tifereth Israel's Executive Assistant, supporting Lauren and the Rabbi. She has over 35 years' experience in the world of finance, ranging from sales and portfolio management to trading. Krys grew up in Glen Cove, lived in Manhattan for 30 years and now calls Glen Cove home. She studied at SUNY Cortland and Columbia University. An avid swimmer, biker and hiker, she is committed to healthful eating, environmental issues, and loves all the gifts nature has to offer.
