LIE (I495) East to exit 39 (Glen Cove Rd). Left onto Glen Cove Road and go north for about 5 miles. Watch for St. Hyacinths Church on your right. Approximately 1/4 mile past the church, the road splits - bear left at the split onto Route 107 for about 1.2 miles. Route 107 ends at the Glen Cove fire house. Turn right at the firehouse and prepare to make an immediate left turn onto Mill Hill. Follow Mill Hill up the Hill to Hill Street and bear right onto Hill Street. Turn right into the Synagogue entrance at the flashing light about .2 miles ahead.

From Eastern Long Island:

LIE (I495) go West to Exit 41N (Routes 106/107). Make a left onto Routes 106/107 staying in the left lane. The Road splits after about 1 mile. Stay left onto Route 107. Continue on Route 107 for about 6 more miles. Watch for St. Hyacinths Church on your right. About 1/4 mile past the church, the road splits - bear left at the split and continue on Route 107 for about 1.2 miles. Route 107 ends at the Glen Cove fire house. Turn right at the firehouse and prepare to make an immediate left turn onto Mill Hill. Follow Mill Hill up the Hill to Hill Street and bear right onto Hill Street. Turn right into the Synagogue entrance at the flashing light about .2 miles ahead.
